Our Retreat Days have been specifically created to allow you the time to relax, reconnect and recharge. The barn is ideally suited as it is set in a peaceful location on a farm offering beautiful countryside views. Feel free to walk down our sweeping drive or sit and contemplate on the benches outside. Weather permitting, you can also sit or mediate in our private walled garden. Whatever you decide, we hope you create a safe space for you to enjoy and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

60-minute meditation to include sound healing using crystal singing bowls, with the addition of journaling to allow you to sit quietly and reflect and the option to share with the group or simply time to relax and unwind with your own thoughts.
