Agreement

Membership
• Joining Fee: £50 annually.
• What it Covers: Marketing, monthly newsletter, administration, website, and booking system.

Room Rentals (Hay Room and Straw Room)
Rates:
• Standard Rate: £48 for a 4-hour block (minimum booking).
• Regular Weekly Slot: Requires at least 4 hours per week at the standard rate.
• Ad Hoc Rentals: £14 per hour if the room is available, with a discounted rate of £10 per hour after the first 4 hours.
Operating Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 9:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Sunday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

The Shed Studio
• Hourly Rate: £25 per hour.
• Full-Day Rate: £150 for an 8-hour block.
• Deposit: £50 refundable deposit required at the time of booking to cover any damages.
• Payment: Full payment required in advance of all bookings.
