The Hay Room
A serene and beautifully furnished counselling room available for hire in this unique, tranquil setting at The Barn. Nestled on a peaceful farm land this inviting space offers a calm and nurturing atmosphere, ideal for counsellors, hypnotherapist, nutritionist and other professionals who are looking for a base for their sessions.
The rate for the Hay Room is £14 per Hour. The minimum time any of the rooms are booked for is 2 hours to cover set up time and departure. Half-hour slots are charged at the full hourly rate.
Block bookings of 4 hours are £48. Additional hours thereafter are charged at £10 per hour.
The Straw Room
A light and airy room with stylish furnishings, offering versatile use for various therapeutic and wellness practices. The room is equipped with an electric bed, making it ideal for treatments and therapies.
The rate for the Straw Room is £14 per hour. The minimum time any of the rooms are booked for is for 2 hours to cover set up time and departure. Half-hour slots are charged at the full hourly rate.
Block bookings of 4 hours are £48. Additional hours thereafter are charged at £10 per hour.
The Shed (Studio)
A spacious area suitable for Pilates and Yoga sessions, with a maximum capacity of 8 people for an intimate, focused experience. The studio is also perfect for workshops and seated events. Chairs are provided and a table, and for classes we have mats and cushions for lying on the floor. The studio includes air conditioning, and heating for year-round comfort. There is a beautiful walled garden that can be used for classes and Retreat Days by prior arrangement. A unique selling point is the option to rent one or all of the adjacent treatment rooms for Retreat Days. Offering a versatile space and exclusivity, enhancing the client experience and making Retreat Days extra special.

If you are looking to organise a day retreat with us, we have the following packages available. The use of a walled garden is available, but it is weather-dependent.
Package Deals
6 hours rental with 1 hour use of the Garden and two Treatment Rooms – £150
Hiring of The Studio for 6 hours + 1 hour of the Garden – £120
The Loft
This beautiful room is the largest of our therapy rooms, offering both space and serenity. It is ideally suited to holistic therapies such as massage, reiki and reflexology as it offers up a peaceful, calm atmosphere with its tasteful furnishings and mood lighting and heated couch. The premier couch is fully electric and multi adjustable and can be manoeuvred to suit both your clients comfort and also allowing the therapist to deliver a therapeutic and relaxing treatment.
