The Beauty Source is owned and run by myself - Rachel Tanner. I qualified as a beauty therapist in 2000 and worked in various salons before setting up the Beauty Source in 2003.

At the Beauty Source I offer a wide range of health and beauty and massage treatments, with the aim of providing something for everyone. I only use professional beauty products that not only deliver optimum results, but are also ultra kind and gentle to the skin.

Over the years I have dedicated myself to developing a beauty therapy practice that I believe goes that ‘extra mile’ to deliver a really high quality service to all my clients. Beauty Source clients are assured of my total commitment to providing an exceptionally high standard of service and you will receive my undivided attention during your treatments. This is why so many of my clients have remained loyal to the Beauty Source for many years.

I am a member of Embody, a professional association, whose aim is to bring complementary therapy to the public arena and who are involved in the continual development and training of all its therapists.

If you have any questions at all about any of the treatments or therapies we offer, please just ask me. I would, as you'd expect, be delighted to discuss them with you.

Hatha Yoga - caseysticklandcoaching.co.uk - 07900 048952
Casey has been teaching hatha yoga since 2016 and is passionate about empowering her students to find their inner strength whilst maintaining a sense of calm. As a former international dressage rider who used yoga as a way to get “the edge” in her performance, Casey is well-practiced in methods that work on the balance between keeping the body supple yet strong and having a focused, clear mind.

Expect her classes to be a retreat from the noise of life, where you can connect with yourself not only in a way that supports self-compassion, but also fosters confidence as you develop positive mental and physical habits through the practice of yoga.

Casey is a warm, welcoming teacher who prides herself on empathy for others, whilst still knowing when to challenge her students to dig a little deeper to help them believe in their own abilities. She deeply cares about her students taking steps towards being healthier, more fulfilled versions of themselves and is always ready to support her students in whatever way she can.

Classes are open to all levels, as the group is small enough to give everyone the attention they need to support their individual practice.

My name is Fran I'm 44 and I am a Single Mum to Megan 13 and Lucy 11. I am now in my 3rd year as a Drawing and Talking Practitioner having worked with 220 children and their families in that time.

I worked as a Primary School Teaching Assistant for 10 years on and off and then trained as an ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) and practised for 2 years. During that time I self funded myself in the following:
Complete SEND diploma (Levels 2, 3 & 4), Mental Wellbeing in Children & Young People Certificate, A Mental Health Course for Children & Young People with Place2Be, Level 3 Child Psyschology Diploma, Family Support Worker Level 3, Mindfulness for Children Diploma, CBT Diploma, First Aid for Mental Health.

I spent 6 months working as a Therapeutic worker with children aged 10-18 in Children's homes. Focusing on working with children with attachment disorders due to Trauma. I also did a course in understanding Trauma further amongst many other courses to support my role.

I then did Drawing and Talking Foundation and Drawing and Talking Advanced and Healing through Art courses through Drawing and Talking. This leads me to where I am today, running a Travelling Therapeutic Programme called Drawing and Talking for children aged 5 to 18. I travel to primary and secondary schools across Swindon where parents pay privately for me to see their child in school or a school employs me, I also run the programme from my office or come to your home depending on your child's needs and your circumstances.

I have an Enhanced DBS, I am on the update system, I have Public Liability Insurance, I follow the schools Safeguarding policy and have my own policy in place for Safeguarding, Data Protection and Child Protection. I complete a Safeguarding course each year.

My own personal belief is that many teach just one way these days and their one way is always the best way. I'm not sure I agree.
My Practice at YOU : HEALING is built to be a diverse, flexible practice that accommodates each individual. My core values always remain the same, ethics and honesty being at the heart of everything I do. But when it comes to different approaches, tools, treatment plans I'm an open book and constantly updating and learning about the power of all things that have the potential to heal and empower a therapeutic journey. From spiritual to pseudo science through to science backed.

Remaining open, exploring, learning in order to serve you better is really important to me.

My only requirements are that the practice is safe, transparent about its process, beneficial to the individual, and ultimately reveals the inner strength that one possesses.

I currently incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic practices. Hypnotherapy. ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) Mindful practices and Meditation. NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). With support in between sessions if needed.

Goals, Pain, Athletic Endurance, Confidence, Habits, IBS, Weight Loss, Phobias. I would be lying if I said hypnotherapy's scope was not wide.

Areas of particular interest are Depression and Pain.

Kim Bergin
Alexander Technique Practitioner - 07944190704
Kim Bergin is a qualified Alexander Technique practitioner and classically trained riding coach/horse trainer. She is most passionate about sharing the technique with horse-riders but also thoroughly enjoys helping anyone who may need help finding release from pain and discomfort.
Through hands-on guided lessons Kim will help you understand and change habitual movement patterns that can lead to tension, pain, and reduced mobility in everyday life. She emphasizes postural awareness and mindfulness in basic everyday movements, helping individuals recognize unnecessary tension and how to replace it with more efficient and relaxed ways of moving. Students will learn how to let go of habitual patterns which are often keeping them in chronic pain loops. Kim takes a holistic approach, addressing not just physical movement but also the connection between mind and body. Students learn to focus on how they respond to stress, and how this manifests in their body. Over time, students report not only relief from chronic pain, but also increased energy, flexibility, alignment and sense of balance and well-being.
As a professional horse trainer, Kim also specializes in helping riders unlock their full potential in the saddle. With her expert guidance, equestrians of all levels and disciplines can refine their posture, develop a deeper awareness of body mechanics, and achieve better balance with their horses. By applying the principles of the Alexander Technique, Kim assists riders in recognizing and releasing unconscious tension, which often hinders their horse's ability to move freely and respond smoothly to aids. This method empowers riders to stay relaxed, yet engaged, allowing for a more fluid and harmonious connection with their horses. For equestrians, good posture is more than a matter of aesthetics—it directly impacts stability, control, and communication with the horse. Kim teaches riders how to maintain a balanced posture which is supple and not forced, enabling them to react more fluidly to their horse's movements. This creates a more adaptive alignment/stability in the saddle, even during challenging maneuvers. Riders learn how to engage core muscles more effectively and stay centered, making every movement with the horse feel more intuitive and connected. This newfound relaxation and balance is not only felt by the rider but also by the horse, creating a sense of trust and mutual confidence that enhances every ride. Whether preparing for competition or simply aiming to enjoy a smoother and safer ride, working with Kim provides an essential foundation for riding with ease, confidence and harmony.
