Pilates classes at Wellbeing at the Barn a small group class with a maximum of 6 people. We can also offer 1:1 and duet sessions.
Encompassing the principles of Pilates, all our classes focus on improving core strength and posture whilst promoting healthy joint mobility, coordination and balance.
