Clare Hill Yoga

I have been practising yoga for over 30 years, and it is an important part of my life, with my daily practice giving me a sense of calm, balance, and grounding.

I am a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Accredited Teacher, having successfully completed 2 years of training in the UK in January 2024. I chose my course with the amazing team at Yoga Campus in London because their approach was to teach us how to understand movement, individual needs, how the body works and reacts to movement, the history of yoga and the many aspects of yoga beyond the postures (asanas) that are what many people think of as yoga.

My teaching philosophy is simple- I want to help people FEEL and understand their body and breath. I support this through gentle flows which I create to be accessible to everyone.

So, what can you expect from a class with me?

  • Connecting you to your breath and body.
  • Gentle stretches to help the body warm up and the mind to settle.
  • Flowing sequences which include a variety of yoga postures, which are adaptable to support all levels of experience and flexibility and that bring movement to the body in different ways (i.e. laying, sitting, and standing, twists, balances).
  • Breathing exercises (Pranayama) which can help calm the mind.
  • We will always finish with a guided relaxation.

60-Minute Classes Every Sunday at 10:00. Mats and props provided.

Costs:

  • Pay in advance for 6 classes for £75
  • To Pay on a class-by-class basis £15 (Space can’t be guaranteed)
