What if darker evenings weren’t something to rush through?
By October, you notice it.
You leave somewhere in the evening and it’s already getting dark. The lighter evenings of summer have slipped away, coats are coming back out, and suddenly staying somewhere warm and cosy sounds rather appealing.
It’s easy to treat this time of year as something to hurry through.
Home. Dinner. Television. Bed. Repeat.
But perhaps an autumn evening can offer something else.
On 21 October, just six women will join me at Wellbeing at the Barn Cricklade
for an hour that feels deliberately different from an ordinary Thursday night.
A warm, intimate space.
A chance to get comfortable.
And the sounds of singing bowls, chimes and other instruments filling the
room while, for a little while, you simply listen.
You don’t need to know how to meditate.
You don’t need any previous experience of Sound Baths.
And you don’t need to arrive feeling calm.
Just come as you are. With only six places available, this is one of our smallest sessions, creating plenty of space to settle and experience the evening without being part of a large group.
